What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payments are securely done through the Stripe
Do I have to provide payment information up front?
Not at all. We do not ask for your credit card information when you sign up for geodateo. When registered, you start out with the trial plan. You can upgrade to a higher plan any time, by subscribing the basic, basic, premium ou premium plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. Geodateo is a pay-as-you-go service (monthly), so you can upgrade or downgrade whenever you need.
What happens when I downgrade my account?
When you change your plan, you will still be able to connect to your geodateo account and use your generated maps. You will not lose your maps. A license downgrade may only have effect on the number of published maps, with potentially a desactivation of permanent links on your maps.
What happens when I stop the subscription?
Your account is still live and all maps available. You are in the trial plan.
Your maps are still accessible, but with a special filigran unlicensed map.
Do I have to sign a long term contract with geodateo?
No. Our licenses are not contract-based. You may cancel your account any time you want. No strings attached!
